Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Flance ("we", "us") collects through flance.info, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. The site is operated by Flance, contact email admin@flance.info.
Contact form
When you send a project inquiry, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss your project.
- Your message is delivered to us by email.
- A copy of the submission is stored in a server-side log so we can recover messages if email delivery fails.
- To limit abuse, the server temporarily records the IP address of form submissions for rate limiting. These records expire automatically.
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and for any project that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time by email.
Cookies and sessions
The website sets a session cookie that protects the contact form against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal data and expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and on what kind of device. IP anonymisation is enabled and Google Signals (advertising features) is disabled. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms. You can block analytics with a browser extension or by disabling JavaScript.
Third-party services
Selected projects link to external sites, including altaudit.com and subdomains of flance.info. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email admin@flance.info and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
